• Workout Logs: Exercises performed, sets, reps, weight used, duration, and RPE (Rate of Perceived Exertion).
• Body Measurements: Weight, body fat percentage, and optional measurements (e.g., waist, chest).
• Progress Photos: Images you upload to track your physical transformation. These are stored securely and are private by default.

Usage and Device Data

• Log Data: IP address, device type, operating system, and App version.
• Usage Patterns: How often you use the App, which features you interact with, and performance metrics.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data for the following purposes:

• To Provide Services: Creating and managing your account, tracking your workouts, and generating progress analytics.
• Personalization: Recommending workouts based on your history and goals.
• Social Features: Allowing you to share workouts or achievements with the community or friends (only when you explicitly choose to do so).
• Communication: Sending you transaction receipts, technical notices, security alerts, and support messages.
• Improvements: Monitoring and analyzing trends to improve App functionality and user experience.

3. Third-Party Services

We rely on trusted third-party providers to operate the App. These services process your data according to their own privacy policies:

• Google Firebase: Used for authentication, real-time database storage (Firestore), secure file storage, and crash reporting.
• RevenueCat: Used to manage in-app subscriptions. We do not store your credit card information; all payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• Google Analytics: Used to track anonymous usage statistics to help us improve the App.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal or health data to third parties. We only share information in the following circumstances:

• With Your Consent: If you choose to share your workout to the social feed, your name and workout summary will be visible to other users.
• Legal Obligations: If required by law, regulation, or legal process.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Your health data and progress photos are stored in encrypted environments provided by Google Cloud. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location (e.g., GDPR in the EU/UK, CCPA in California), you have specific rights:

• Access and Portability: You can request a copy of your personal data.
• Correction: You can update your profile information at any time within the App.
• Deletion: You can delete your account and all associated data by going to Settings > Danger Zone > Delete Account within the App, or by submitting a request via our Data Deletion Form.
• Objection: You can opt-out of optional data collection like analytics through your device settings.

7. Children's Privacy

FORMe is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we will delete it immediately.
